tpahelp.exe Last modified: [Friday, 31-Jul-1998 11:26:32 EDT] tpahelp.exe

Update your S&P 500 Futures database and price library

Beginning October 6, 1997, the S&P 500 Futures contract (symbol SP, TPA name SP500.CDB) opened for trading at 08:15 Chicago time rather than 08:30. Beginning November 17, 1997, it opens once again at 08:30. In addition, the tick size of the S&P contract changed, after the close of trading on October 31, 1997 to twice its previous size, while the S&P contract was halved in size (preserving the dollar value of a single tick at $25). This requires that you get a new version of the commodity database for S&P 500 Futures, as well as a new price library which controls the display and interpretation of prices. You can do this by simply downloading and running the file below.

Only for current customers of PTT, Inc. This download is useless unless you are already a subscriber.
