Toggle snap-to-scale

Change a set of profiles from the standard plot against a price axis to a format in which they are all lined up beside one another. The latter format makes it easier to compare the shapes of the actual profiles. The default format in which each new profile appears may be specified in the Preferences Profile dialog.
