Description Returns the second that corresponds to the supplied date.

Syntax SECOND(serial_number)

serial_number is the time as a serial number. The decimal portion of the number represents time as a fraction of the day.

Examples SECOND(.259) returns 58

         SECOND(34657.904) returns 46
