Answers:
Gap openings are rare, happening a little over 13.8% of the time. Even more unusual are gaps that hold for the remainder of the day. By doing a refined search of arbitrary prices within the prior days range, we found that nearly 76% of the time the gap left by the opening range was filled at some point later in the day.
