Closes the currently active commodity database , and starts a new (empty) database. At this point, you have two options: a) open an existing database file, or b) merge an existing database file (or a portion of an existing database file) into the new empty file.

Note that you can not just begin entering data into a new empty database using the commodity database editor. The commodity database editor in TPA only allows you to modify an existing database, or one for a commodity for which you've already purchased data from Performance Trading Technologies, Inc.
