Day types

Choose how the old and new data should be combined. The defaults can be specified using Preferences Merge

Combine old and new: Attempt to merge so that the new types complement and complete the old types, replacing only those items that are obviously missing or incorrect, and adding new items. This should be the default if you are updating your database with a new shipment from PTT, Inc.

Replace old with new: Same as above, except that new types for the same day replace old ones.

Keep old: Don't do anything - keep the old day types.

Not all options are available if the two databases are for different commodities.
