User Note

Use this notepad to store free-form text information in your database . The note may contain up to 6,000 characters of text. You can insert blank lines by pressing Return or Enter. You can insert tabs for making tables, etc., by pressing Ctrl-Tab. You may search for the contents of this note using the Note contains <text> question. Tags such as [1], [2], etc. indicate different categories of note.
