Initial balance

Initial balance in TPA is defined by default as the price range in the first 2 half-hour periods of trading activity. This may be modified using the Preferences Profile dialog box to any number that makes sense. According to Market Profile® principles, it sets the stage for the market's trading behavior for the remainder of the day.
