Day RSI

         Use the day RSI question to determine the impact of various daily RSI levels on market behavior. You can also customize the day RSI .

         Does an RSI below 20% hold any significance for the next day’s trading? How often does the day following an oversold RSI close higher?

Answers:

         The market closes below a 20% RSI about once every couple of months. The majority of the time, however, the market closes higher on the following day. Our refined search showed that in 63.2% of the cases that we studied, the market closed higher following the depressed RSI levels of the prior day.
