Compressed profiles

Market Profile® graphics can be displayed either in the usual form (which we term "compressed") or in an expanded bar-chart format. TPA provides a toolbar button and a menu item for toggling between the two behaviors. If this box is checked, the default will be for profiles to appear compressed when first created, and vice versa.
