Data Updates for The Profile Analyzer™

Following are the updates for TPA data. For each commodity, two forms of data are available, both in the form of self-extracting executable (.EXE) zipped files (i.e., you don't need a ZIP program to use them).

What do I need to download?

You should download the update to bring your existing commodity databases up to date, and only download a full database if you don't already have that commodity. If you have not already done so, please read the instructions for downloading and installing data updates.

Most users will only need to download the daily data file which contains the update files for every commodity listed below.

Daily Data Update

When are the updates available here?

The updates are available by late afternoon Eastern US time Tuesday through Saturday; each one contains data through the close of trading on the previous day. This schedule is conservative - the data are typically available much earlier, by 0500 Eastern US time. The updates were last updated on: Thursday, 05-May-2005 07:00:44 EDT

What's included in an update?

The file dataupd.exe contains data from the present to 30 calendar days ago, as well as any data fixes PTT, Inc. has made during that period. In case you miss updating your data for a longer period of time, we make available an archive of prior updates on a regular basis.
